I was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot at about 3 months old at the San Diego Children's Hospital. My parents were concerned because I was barely eating, thus not gaining any weight. After weeks of doctors recommending different feeding methods, we were referred to San Diego's Children's Hospital. There, they found my heart murmur which led to my TOF diagnosis.
I had open heart surgery to repair my condition at 6 months old and haven't needed another surgery until now.
